Milk & Egg (Chocolate Flavor)

Bio Formula Milk and egg Complex is a combination of milk protein (casein and lactaalbumin) and egg (albumin). It is an ideal complex for exercise courses to increase weight and muscle volume at any different stages of bodybuilding. It is also used to prepare the energy to the body and prevent to hypoglycemia during heavy exercises. Milk & Egg Complex also contains groups of enzymes in order to help digest proteins. Directions: Dissolve one cup(75.4g) of Milk & Egg Complex in 200 ml water, cool milk or your favorite bavarage (The maximum consumption is 2 units per day). In order to ward of metabolism products, drink an extra glass of water with per serving of Milk & Egg Complex. Consumption time: one serving three hours before training and one serving 30 minutes after training. (super solubility without stickiness).
